Your body needs
energy both to concentrate and to properly
make shots. Yet many young and older golfers let
their tanks go empty or eat foods that hurt them down the
stretch.
Forget the hot
dog at the turn. You want foods that the body
digests slowly, such as fruit and granola bars. Eat a
small snack every few holes, especially toward the middle
and end of the round. It's also very important that
you drink plenty of water (I said, yes,
WATER) to stay
